The late rain fall and snow has been the much needed factor to the agricultural interests, as the soil was becoming very dry, but was in excellent condition to receive the moisture.
Our village flour mill is again in operation after a close down of a couple of weeks.
Rev. Dr. Carmichael of Winnipeg, and Dr. Munroe, Ethelbert, were visitors in Sifton on Tuesday of last week.
Miss Lillie Michalkow, who has been stopping with her sister, Mrs. John Kennedy, for some time, has returned to Mikado, Sask.
Mr. Frank Kettle has moved to Dauphin where has secured a more lucrative position in the Government Forest Fire Department.
Mr. Littler of Fork River, held service at the mission 17th inst.
Mr. Paul Wood was a visitor to Winnipegosis on Saturday on business.
