Fine spring weather prevails and the snow is rapidly settling and disappearing. The roads are becoming very soft making it rather heavy for teaming.
Mr. John Reid, resident railway section foreman is on leave of absence visiting friends at Portage la Prairie and Winnipeg.
A number of our residents went to Portage this week to attend court.
A number of our villagers net at a social gathering at the Mission house on Tuesday evening of last week when a very pleasant evening was spent in honour of Nurse Baker who anticipates leaves for the east at an early date.
